1. Building feels like a hotel; too many unsupervised kids in common areas. 2. Management does not hear and/or respond to resolve resident's complaints. 3. TV service provided by MDU is sporadic and Internet speeds are slow.

You so don't want to live here. Internet is dial-up speed and you can't maintain a full slate of TV channels more than a day or two.
Forget about selling your units. These bank forced sales and short sales from other owners are dropping our unit's value like crazy!!!!
